Examples of rosacea & couperose
Persistent redness
A diffuse redness on the face, often on the cheeks, nose, forehead, and chin, which can worsen over time.
Hot flashes
Sudden episodes of intense redness, accompanied by a sensation of heat, often triggered by emotions, temperature changes, or the consumption of certain foods or drinks.
Papules and pustules
Small red bumps (papules) or pus-filled bumps (pustules) that look like acne but are not associated with blackheads or whiteheads.
Skin thickening
In advanced cases, especially in men, the skin of the nose can thicken and become uneven.
Treatment for rosacea and couperose
IPL/BBL
Photorejuvenation
Photorejuvenation , particularly with the aid of intense pulsed light (IPL), can indeed be used to treat skin conditions such as rosacea and couperose .
This treatment works by targeting dilated blood vessels under the skin, thereby reducing redness and the appearance of visible vessels.
The pulsed light is absorbed by hemoglobin in dilated blood vessels. This causes the blood to clot inside these vessels, which then close and are eventually reabsorbed by the body. This reduces the appearance of redness.
Injections
Photobiostimulation
Photobiostimulation , often performed with low-intensity LEDs, is primarily used to promote skin healing, reduce inflammation, and stimulate collagen production.
Although it is beneficial for improving skin texture, reducing redness and promoting healing, it is not as effective as intense pulsed light (IPL) for specifically treating rosacea and couperose.

Oxygen facial treatments
Our oxygen facial treatment may offer benefits for people suffering from rosacea and couperose, although it is not a specific treatment for these conditions.
Oxygen helps to deeply hydrate the skin, which can soothe the inflammation and dryness often associated with rosacea. Well-hydrated skin is also more resistant to irritation.
